               RATE INCLUDES Electricity Rates TBD, water, and one side of a dock for your boat.
Sewer is included on upper level lots.  Lake level lots haul sewage to our dump station. 

Sites are rented for the entire season to a family unit (two adults and unwed children).
Reservations must be submitted prior to March 15th to ensure a site for the season
Site rentals are pro-rated for the season if available after this date 
Credit and background checks required prior to any rental.
